🌸 About Our Petals

Are your petals real flowers? Yes! All of our petals are 100% real flowers, grown on our  farm in the Pacific Northwest. We never use artificial or silk petals.

How are the petals preserved? We use a freeze-drying process that preserves the petal's natural color, shape, texture, and fragrance — without any dyes or chemicals.

How long do freeze-dried petals last? Properly stored in a cool, dry place, our freeze-dried petals can last 12 months or longer before use.

What colors are available? We offer a beautiful range of natural colors. Please note that due to the nature of freeze-drying, exact shades may vary slightly from the photos. Each petal is naturally unique!


💐 Using Our Petals

Are the petals safe to use indoors? Absolutely! Our petals are non-staining and safe for indoor and outdoor use — perfect for wedding aisles, reception tables, petal tosses, and more.

Will the petals stain clothing or floors? No — our freeze-dried petals are non-staining,  under normal conditions, so you can toss them freely without worry.

Are they slippery on the floor? No, freeze-dried petals are lightweight and not slippery under normal conditions, making them safe for wedding aisles and dance floors.

Are they biodegradable? Yes! Our petals are 100% natural and biodegradable — eco-friendly and venue-friendly.


📦 Orders & Shipping

How much do I need for my wedding? A good rule of thumb: one cup of petals per guest for a petal toss, 5-10 cups per flower girl,  30-600 cups for a decorated aisle depending on the size of your aisle and how full you want the coverage. When in doubt, order a little extra!

How far in advance should I order? We recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks before your event to ensure delivery and allow time for any issues.  Cutting it close? No judgment here! 🌸 We offer rush shipping for last-minute orders and those 'oops, I need more petals' moments.

Do you ship across the US? Yes! We ship to all 50 states.

Can I track my order? Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.


💳 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?  We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund — no restocking fees! Please note that returns cannot be accepted after your event date. To start a return, contact us at hello@primepetalcompany.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

What if my petals arrive damaged? Please take a photo and contact us at hello@primepetalcompany.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
