Our number one goal is to do whatever it takes to ensure you are 100% happy with your order. Thrilled, in fact — ready to do a happy dance even!
BUT...If for any reason, you are not thrilled, please contact us right away so we can correct the issue for you as fast as humanly possible.
Returns & Refunds
- We happily accept returns for replacement or refund within 7 business days of delivery.
- You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA#) first. Please contact us by phone or email to request one.
- Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the box when shipping the item back.
- Include a note with your preferred resolution (e.g., different color/style, exchange details, or refund request) and any relevant event date if applicable.
- Products must be returned in resalable condition (unused, in original packaging)
- No restocking fees — we do not charge any!
Important Limitations
- No returns accepted after the event date.
- Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Refunds (if requested) will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) once we receive and inspect the returned items.
How to Start a Return
Contact our customer service team promptly (ideally within 48 hours of delivery for quality issues) with your order number, photos if there's a quality concern, and details about the issue. We'll guide you through the process quickly.
