Prime Petal Company Shipping Policy
We ship Monday through Friday, with no weekend pickups. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day when ordered by 11 am PT, otherwise the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (US):
We select the best carrier for each order based on service, speed, and price. Orders typically ship via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS*, whichever provides the optimal combination of reliability and value. Standard delivery is 1–5 business days, depending on your location, not including the day of shipping. You may also upgrade to 3-day, 2-day, or overnight shipping at checkout.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Singapore via USPS Priority Mail International and Express Mail International (EMS).
Duties, Taxes & Customs International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Prime Petal Company has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If you have questions about customs fees, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Customs Declaration: All international packages are declared at full value as required by law. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or under-declare values.
Delivery Times
- Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days, not including the day of shipping or clearing customs
- Express Mail International (EMS): 3–5 business days, not including the day of shipping or clearing customs
